I have a classmate who looks a bit like Justin Timberlake.. Right after Saturday's exam, me and my girl friends sat with him for brunch.. Apparently he had a car and he was complaining that he always became everybody else's driver.. But then when we were all about to leave and catch the bus, he suddenly said "OK, I'll be nice today," and drove us all back in his Volvo to our halls :P
I finally got hold of Bevois Town's head teacher (after incessant calls for 3-4 days) and now I have an appointment with her on Friday next week :)
Last Tuesday, I was getting late to a seminar.. I was walking towards the bus stop when I saw the bus just 200 metres away.. Oh, crud! So I ran as fast as possible to the bus stop and flagged the bus down.. Luckily the driver - with a moustache - was kind of enough to slow down and let me on it.. Phew, thank God!
So I went to the seminar which was helmed by my our Head of School.. Afterwards, I went up to talk to her, introduced myself and proceeded to gush about 'how proud I am to be here.'
Talk about being a suck-up :P
Anyway, on Wednesday, I went to see my senior to buy my semester 2 books from her.. And again, I was getting late.. And again, the bus was 200 metres away.. And again, I lost my breath running towards the bus stop.. So when I got in, guess who was driving? Mr. Moustache! I said to him, "I'm always running when you're driving!" and he just laughed :D
It was fairly a quick stop at my senior's place before I was waiting for the bus again.. And there he was : Mr. Moustache..
"Hi, again."
"Hello."
"May I know your name?"
"Gary."
"Gary. Right."
Then I proceeded to the back of the bus as fast as possible.
Nowadays, I always look at the driver to see if it's Gary or not :D
Oh, BTW, you know the load of books for next semester? I measured the total thickness of all those books and it amounted to almost 24cm.. Ooh, 'joy'.. LOL :P
