Gosh, I miss listening to Mix FM.. It always knows what kind of songs to play just to get me in the right mood.. It's been a long while since I last tuned in.. I'm sure glad I did today :)
I've had my accommodation claim banked in yesterday.. I thought I was getting the full amount but I forgot about the 40% that's supposed to be deducted from that, so basically I only got the remaining balance :P
Anyway, I've opened a separate HSBC Monthly Savers account.. I'll be saving a small sum each month via Direct Debit starting from this month.. I've always wanted to do this, but the impetus came when I called my mum 2 days ago and she told me this really interesting theory.. Apparently, if you save RM200 each month at the age of 25, you'll be a millionaire by the time you're 50.. I'm not sure how true that is, but at least I know this will help me a lot when I need to repay Petronas's money in 3 years' time :P
