Yesterday I went to the UM chess tournament.. Unfortunately we only managed 18th place :( Sigh.. Only 1.5 points separated us from the top 10, but I suppose everybody else in the Top 11-20 must be feeling as disappointed as we are :P
And hey, after going against 4 national players in the 1st round, what else could we do? :P
Beng, Kuhan and James, you guys are the best teammates anyone could ever have! :)
Yesterday I also met some old friends.. N was my MSSD chess teammate and K was my ex-schoolmate.. To find them at UM brought so many memories of my old secondary school :)
I got my first pre-birthday greeting today from my ex-classmate F.. yay!.. And all the way to college, my mom only had nice words for me and my birthday..
"You're OLD! You're OLD!" :P
Sigh.. I better appreciate the last 28 hours of my teenage years :P
