Hmm.. where do I start..
5 minutes to midnight - Kg. Sapphire
Z called, a bit earlier than usual.. We chatted awhile at my usual spot when suddenly I heard this chattering of voices not so far away.. From where I sat, I could see an army of friends making their way towards my chalet! So I hid someplace darker and waited for them to come in front of my chalet.. Man, my heart was unbelievably palpitating the moment they started congregating.. I started looking around for a pail just in case they had a 'wet surprise' in store.. When I couldn't find any, M started to notice where I was so I came out and surprised the group from behind! Muahahaha.. That was priceless :) But then, just as I let my guard down, T brought out a pail out of nowhere and doused me with soap water! :P
12pm - LT1
Meeting with execs from our sponsor, Petronas.. It was quite a boring 40-minute motivational speech but I suppose it's only fair.. They are spending millions of ringgit on us scholars and the least we could do is listen to them and fake some enthusiasm :P I also found out that I couldn't put my Soton offer as my firm choice because apparently it's lower ranked than my other choices.. Darn.. No. 9 in the university league tables and it's lower ranked? Give me a break.. Now I must choose between opting for another university as my firm or continue fighting for Soton.. Hmm.. suggestions?
6pm - Tanjung Malim
R decided to take me out for pizza to celebrate my birthday.. We made a short stop at a cake shop nearby.. And then I accidentally found out what that short detour was for :P
9 pm - Cafe
Me and Z had a small gathering with our pet 'family', namely A, E, F and W.. We finally got to catch up with each other and I was personally glad that all the bad blood I had between A and me was clearly forgotten.. Sayang all my pet siblings :)
10 pm - Cafe
My friend I suddenly asked me to come out of the cafe to discuss her personal problem.. Hmm.. So after a few minutes of talking, then she brought me back into the cafe and - tada! - there was a whole bunch of people with 2 birthday cakes on the table.. *yay!*
