Accounts of an Adolescent

Went to the Malaysian Parliament this morning.. It was b-o-r-i-n-g.. But at least I got a first-hand look at how our executive system worked, which is cool.. There was a huge LCD display at the front of the hall.. Hidden cameras were everywhere and it was really fun trying to figure out how they managed to get good shots of the MPs when there were no cameras in sight..

Today was the best Computing class ever.. Mr. R gave a complete overview of the whole AS syllabus in one period.. And for the rest of the class, he told us all about his life, family and India.. It started when he got a 3-second phone call from his mom in India.. Then he told us that he wasn't really close to his mother.. Then he told us about his sisters.. Then he told us about Indian rupees.. Then he told us how Malaysia was so much different compared to India.. Then he told us that "kunci" was a bad word there and whenever we asked for a definition from him, he'll just sigh and say "It's such a bad word."

Then he went on and on and on..

He also mentioned something about indian terrorists which really struck a cord.. Refer to this post.. Then straight after that, he gave an example.. "Let's say I want to kill E".. Wahahaha.. That guy was doing God-knows-what with his computer at that time.. And the moment Mr. R mentioned his name, the shock in his eyes was priceless.. hehehe.. "If I wanted him dead, tomorrow - poof - he's gone".. Muahahahaha..

Recently, Mr. R went to Bukit Bintang to get his new laptop when a female Chinese stranger pulled his arm and asked him to party.. When we heard his story, we were ROTFL, especially T who thought the poor girl had a huge problem with choices :P

Later at night, there was a talk at the Resource Centre (which I skipped :P) and there was some free food provided.. Me being the shameless person that I am, I went to the table to bring some food back to the chalet.. That was when I had some small talk with Z.. "I heard the talk was boring," I told him.. That was when he turned to the kid on his left and introduced me to the speaker's son.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

That must be the worst case of faux pas I've ever had in my entire life.
