I'm smack in the middle of my mock exam week.. I've just finished my Computing paper and my Physics practical.. I got 9.86 as the value for g.. woohhoooo.. This is a first :P
So what's been happening for the last 9 days since I last updated? Well, I think something that I must mention is my sudden re-involvement with Veritas.. Mr. F told me the other day that the juniors' articles were lacking 'meat'.. So I was assigned the task of getting a couple of new articles which focused on college.. So I duly asked my loyal friends for help and they duly delivered.. Despite some initial miscommunication surrounding poultry, I'd like to convey a million thanks to H and H for helping this H..
Last week was also the time when I tendered my resignation as the college yearbook's sub-editor.. It was pretty emotional for me.. I was feeling kind of burnt out by the multitude of college activities I've been joining recently, so quitting the yearbook was a logical step, in my opinion.. Unfortunately, not many people agreed with me so I was bombarded by so many requests for me to stay on.. At that point, I was really undecided, especially when I was told that H would also quit the editorial team if I did.. But after getting myself a good smack of reality that night, I realized that I had no choice but to quit.. I sent a message to H asking him not to quit and he just said 'OK'.. Hmm.. Makes me ponder sometimes whether it was all just a ploy to make me change my mind.. But anyway, I've asked Z to replace me, which she fortunately agreed to.. So I guess that marks the end of my reign as the busiest person on the planet.. Heh..
I've got another 2 Physics papers to go this week.. Not before I go for tonight's Veritas meeting, which will hopefully be my last.. I'm supposed to hand in all the last-minute 'meatier' articles by tonight, which includes one 2-page story I did on the mishap that was our KYUEM Chess Invitational.. Am I crazy or something? Why would I publicly want to humiliate myself and my friends?
I don't know.. Maybe it's because I am crazy..
