Went to Mid Valley today.. On arrival, I was pretty apprehensive because I didn't bring a lot of money with me.. In my head, I was constantly adding and subtracting prices from my miniscule budget :P In the end, Z had to do most of the paying.. Hehehe..
At night, I went to the cafe to fulfill my promise to my Sapphire juniors group (refer to yesterday's post).. I successfully recruited them as the next batch of Cafezians.. It's a name my friends and I made up for our gang.. We've made the cafe our second home :P
It's funny how a blog can totally influence our daily lives.. The words we absent-mindedly type on an idle Monday night just might come back to haunt you a few days later.. It's strange to think that such is the power (and beauty) of a blog.. No other form of literature is more interactive than blogging.. A person can simply type in a few sentences and once published, it is open for public viewing.. And commenting..
More often than not, it's those few sentences that might leave a huge impact on somebody's life.. Both good or bad.. When I began to write this blog, I never imagined myself having a whole audience dilligently reading each and every word I say.. I did expect some amount of feedback, but I certainly felt overwhelmed at times when I suddenly find out that this guy or that girl is reading my blog..
Why must I feel this way? It's not like it's a crime for me to write what my heart tells me to.. When I have something on my mind, if I'm not pouring it out on the person who's sitting next to me, I'll be posting it up on my blog in no time.. So why must I feel afraid when my blog gets 'discovered'?
I don't know.. I just do..
