I'm really sorry for not updating.. Like I said in my previous blog, I've been quite the nerd these past few days..
Last Monday, I had to sit through three (3) tests back to back.. First was Physics practical.. I left one whole page blank because I ran out of time.. And after the test, everybody came up to me asking what was my answer for g, a value which I would've had if only I had more time to actually finish my test.. Waarrrrggghhhh..
Then came Computing.. Prior to the test, everyone was flipping through their Computing notes.. I was the only one who was studying Accounting :P It was kind of hard to concentrate on accounting ratios when I kept overhearing my friends discussing about database theories :P
So for the test, I had to answer 13 structured questions in 1 hour so I really struggled to write all my answers as quickly as possible.. I felt like my fingers were falling apart.. And my good old friend F actually had the time to sleep in the hall! I was still working on the 10th question when he coolly walked out of the hall.. Whoaaa.. After that, Accounting was more or less OK.. Though I don't think I did that well anyhow..
Today I did two Physics theory papers.. Last night, I actually managed to study in my chalet's common room until 1 in the morning just to study for it.. Woohooo!! That's the biggest milestone in my whole existence as an A-Level student.. Usually my brain stops absorbing academic information as soon as 10pm daily :P But did it help much during the tests? Well, maybe minimally :P
Now I have a few days' worth of study leave.. My next paper, Accounting paper 2, is on Friday, and I won't be having any classes until then, apart from 2 'tutorial' sessions from Mr. K, my Accounting teacher.. Must finish the AS syllabus ASAP..
As for revelating, provocative or sensational issues, I guess this whole college has decided to lay low because of the exam fever.. Either that or I've simply stopped caring.. What's more important than - gasp - Accounting???
OK, I really need to get away from this place..
