Hmm.. A few hours after the distribution, I'm hearing rumours that our Student Services manager, Pn. R, wants to know the identity of Black Adder.. She wants to speak to her personally or else the whole of Veritas might be shut down.. What?? Is that even possible? The students say that Ladies' Night has been banned because of her.. (Probably because of the indecent exposure :P).. But.. Veritas? Shut down???
I went to see Mr. C today.. The first thing he asked me was "Black Adder?".. Huh? He actually thought I wrote it.. Me.. Hahahaha.. I loved to lead him on but unfortunately my smart friend, E had to spill to him that I didn't write it.. shoot.. Now I have to use another cover up for Black Adder :P
And you want to know why Mr. C thought it was me? Because he said that the article was bitchy.. and he liked it.. Hahahaha.. So I'm bitchy now? That's another adjective to my personality list..
Z told me that a few seniors already know who Black Adder is.. And they're really pissed off at him.. Heh.. What else is new.. But still, I thought they already settled everything during their house's emergency meeting the other day.. How come there's still so much animosity? Well, OK, maybe publishing your house's internal dilemmas in our college newsletter isn't exactly a friendly gesture.. But I really fear for the well-being of Black Adder for the next 2 months.. At least by then, the seniors would've gone from this college and at least we juniors would breathe easy.. Because only then would we be able to set our own rules instead of bowing to others..
Went for the Battle of the Bands.. It was totally awesome.. I saw my ex-senior from secondary school performing her usual stunning singing prowess which led her band to 2nd place.. Lots of other fun bits and pieces included spinning guitarists, falling microphones, R falling in love with guest artiste, Jeapordize's cute bassist..
Right now I've got the cool Malay rock song performed by the college staffs' band stuck in my head.. The problem is, I don't remember the lyrics, so I just hum the tunes every few minutes.. And it's driving me crazy!
Mid-semester holidays begin tomorrow.. But I'll be going for our house trip to Pulau Kapas till Tuesday.. It's ironic.. Out of the 2-week holiday given, I'm only going to spend 3 days at home because I'll be leaving to Kolej Yayasan Saad, Melaka to do my job attachment there for one week.. Arrrggghhhh.. What cruelty is this???
