You know what, I think I might've spoken too soon.. Getting pooled isn't so bad after all :)
Today, I found out that some of my other friends were also pooled and I was thrilled by the news.. Now I know how stupidly ungrateful I've been all this while :P Compared to some other people, I've been given a second chance.. In fact, I feel that it's kind of cool to be in this 'exclusive' little club, after all :)
One of my chaletmates have been pooled too, while the other hasn't received any replies yet.. Of course, I really hope that she gets a direct offer, but deep down I'm also hoping that she gets pooled too, because I think it'd be pretty cool that not only did all 3 of us apply to Cambridge, we have also been pooled together :P
But then we'd be waiting to see who gets the offer.. Or not.. Which wouldn't be very cool :P
Let's just hope for the best.. I've survived today's classes relatively unscathed despite abandoning my studies for the last 6 weeks.. At least there's something to be thankful for :)
